Fantastic base for discovering Leuven with really helpful staff at the reception desk. Handy and easy location, just a pleasant stroll away from Grote Markt. Liked shopping area. Well-kept and well-appointed rooms with balcony overlooking the gaol, good breakfast.

The location was comfortable and absolutely perfect - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The main shopping centre and shops were right next door.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and easily accessible to the city center. There are also great pubs and restaurants nearby. The rooms are well equipped and the staff provides excellent service.

Excellent, helpful and very friendly staff. Very comfortable, clean and modern hotel. Competitively priced and conveniently positioned, I would definately stay there again.
Only that the hot water at breakfast was tepid despite asking for freshly boiled water, not hot enough for English tea.

The location was nice, near St Michael's church with easy access to the main shopping centre and shops
Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Everything was perfect, including exceptionally pleasant staff at the reception desk. The room was new-fashioned, functional with the bathroom and balcony overlooking the gaol plus fresh fruit, I was pleased.
